NATPET to Showcase New Polypropylene Resin Grades at K 2016 Trade Fair

Saudi Arabia’s National Petrochemical Industrial (NATPET) intends to exhibit its polypropylene resins at the K 2016 trade fair in Düsseldorf, Germany.

The company will also display its two new grades. It is collaborating with Haitian International, a Chinese machinery maker and Milliken, a specialty chemical supplier, during the 8-day show this month.

By using NATPET’s, new Teldene R25MLT-MG random copolymer resin, Haitian will be molding cosmetic caps during the trade fair.

NATPET said the copolymer resin was used successfully by another manufacturer to produce syringes and needle caps at Chinaplas 2016 held in Shanghai.

The company also said that R40MLT-MG, another of its random copolymer grade, was proven to be suitable in making syringes and sample packaging articles.

Designed exclusively for healthcare applications, both R25MLT-MG and R40MLT-MG resins have been formulated in compliance with ISO 10993 standards.

NATPET claimed that it packs the peroxide-free resin grades in a dust-free environment while storing them in temperature-controlled conditions.

By using the Millad NX 8000 clarifier developed by Millikan, the resin grades can produce highly transparent and well-molded finished products.

To support its claims, NATPET will be presenting Teldene R40MLT grade at the trade fare, transforming it into multi-colored storage containers.

The Saudi Arabian company has also lined up several other resin grades at the K 2016 trade fair which include Teldene R25MLT, Teldene B20ML and Teldene H03TF.

Based in Yandu, NATPET has been producing Polypropylene (PP) resins since seven years. These resins have been sold across 60 plus countries under the brand name of Teldene.

The company’s resin manufacturing plant in Yandu Industrial City has a production capacity of 400,000 MT/Year.
