Technically, small deviation in the tolerance of sheets can lead to eddy current, electromagnetic noise, vibration and big clearance between the stator and rotor. Eddy current can cause overheating in the motor stator and rotor, which is called iron loss, and it leads to low efficiency. Also, big clearance can cause low efficiency. Both facts affect the motor performance a lot. Both electromagnetic noise and vibration are main concerns that people always care about. Hence, these 4 disadvantages require a production process that is designated for the production of large quantity in a consistent quality. Our hi-speed punching press is equipped with several sets of molds to suit for various 220V swamp cooler motors. Our technician edits the dates for particular size of stators and rotors through the controller. The silicon steel rolls are transferred to the press via a feeder. When the particular setting and the steel rolls are ready, the punching press keeps working automatically. The worker only needs to supervise the press working properly.
